It does but needs a quick unlock. There are tons of free tutorials on youtube and its free. Anyways if you win and by any chance it does not work for your carrier I will happily refund it back. I believe loyalty to the customers is better than any gain at the expense of unhappiness.

Just needs the plastic to cover it you can still press on It and it will rase the volume but just needs the small cover.
