This is a 3x Dr Seuss brand Cat in the Hat T-Shirt. It is used and the fabric paint is finally starting to fade off. You could probably get some of the fabric colored pens and redo the worn places. The tag with the size is cut off, but I'm pretty sure it's a 3x. I think it's got a lot of cotton in it, if it's not all cotton. I'm not sure because that tag was cut off years ago. The shirt is about 54 inches long.

I bought this at the National Education Association convention one year. The NEA owns the rights to Dr Seuss items. At that time, the only place you could buy these is at the summer convention. It may be that way now, I don't know.
