This my aunt's candy recipe that she sent to me from New Orleans. Made with Pecans. She owned a restaurant and gave them to her customers after they finished eating their meals. I will never forget. I asked her for the recipe, now I make my own. Now you can make them. They are addicting.............Recipe is easy to make. Simple enough for the beginner cook to make.
They also make great gifts to give away.
