It has a floral pattern with a net stitch making it the perfect accessory to wear over your favorite tank top, blouse or swim suit. I crochet this using soft yarn so that it's not too heavy and will allow you to stay cool. It will need to be handwashed in cold water w/ mild detergent & laid flat to dry. It can be ironed on low heat with a thin material over it such as a pillow case. :)
