Just won two of these and the bracelets are ajustable so yes they can fit a child or adult. Im wearing one and my crazy little boy is running around wearing the other. So adorable!!

I added some pictures. The bracelet is like one long coil so that it can be wrapped around the arm several times. It has 3 snap closures. In the picture where its on my wrist, I have it on the smallest snap. I do have a smaller wrist, but I am guessing it wouldn't fit a small child - maybe an older one. Hope that helps :~)
