On the measurements in the chest area...Is that 27 inches from side seam to side seam......

I measure from arm pit to armpit across the back. This is really big in that area, because it is to worn as kind of baggy. I think I have a pic of one of my kids wearing it. I will check and post that so you can see what it would look like when in wear.
