Size large will fit heights of 5’6” to 5’10” and weights up to 160 lbs.
Size medium will fit heights of 5’3” to 5’6” and weights up to 140 lbs.
I am 5’6” and can wear both sizes comfortably.

Silkies are made in the USA of a nylon/spandex blend and ultra high performance yarns. Hand or Machine washable. The pantyhose feature a cotton-pleated crotch, control top panty and energizing leg support.
I wash mine in the washing machine on delicate and hang them to dry.
