This is a Great Classic Silver Age Marvel Comic. You must take a look at this fantastic issue of SILVER SURFER #15 (APRIL, 1970)
I am not a professional grader, so I will do the best I can to describe them. I can only give you my opinion, so please LOOK AT THE PHOTOS of the front and back covers, and make up your own mind as to its condition because Grading is so Subjective.

In my unprofessional opinion, having read the Overstreet Grading Definitions: This issue appears to be in VG condition. Has some wear but good for its age!! Look at the great cover!!

GREAT ISSUES TO COMPLETE OR ADD TO ANY COLLECTION!! But, please Judge for yourself from the Photos as grading is so Subjective.
