Bought this last year. Loved the workout program, did it two times in a row, went easy the first time then ripped it up the second time. This program WORKS!!!

P90X is the most successful at home dvd workout program out there, all you need is a dvd player, some bands or a pullup bar, free weights and the self determination to get ripped!

Included for the winner is all 12 workout dvds, plus the nutritional plan and a booklet that tells you the workouts in each dvd just in case you go on vacation or the power goes out and you dont have access to a dvd player.

Please not that this product is "USED", however all 12 dvds work perectly. The only dvd that might have an issue is the plyometrics dvd and that is only becuase honestly its the one you will use the most. Just clean it and it should work just fine.

The price for this workout program is $119.85 brand new. The only difference between what i am offering today and the new box kit is i dont have the calendar since i used it.Even so ive seen these go for at least $60 on craigslist s this is a steal of a deal, get it now on Listia :-)

Well the diet doesnt starve you actually. I got really stong and ripped without following the diet plan, i just watched what i ate and didnt have too many calories. The Nutrition plan does have some great ideas if ppl are looking for what they should be eating if they dont know what to do. I took nutrition classes and personal training courses so i didnt really need the nutrition book. Its a added bonus for those that do need it :-)

Not badly, just a little. Still works. Once in a while it might stutter but that usually happens at the end of the workout. All you'd have to do is buy a inexpensive scratch remover and it will be like new.

As stated in description dvds are used. Therefore they will be a little scratched as normal use would do that. However most all the dvds work fine, perfectly well. As stated in description it's just the plyometrics dvd you may have to clean. Even then it still works just skips once in a while
