To be perfectly honest, it was a gag gift. When we moved out to CA from MO our friends gave us this since we were going through the southern states in a month long vacation. It's not particularly believable, in some cases, but it is somewhat interesting to read about all the different occurrences along that way.
The book will give you a site, supposedly haunted, with a few examples of what's been sighted or experienced by people, then sometimes give a guess as to why these things are happening - whether it's an unhappy spirit or a benign ghost.
