Per Listia rules, transaction must be completed within 7 days or item will be relisted and credits forfeited. I do not mail to non-verified addresses.

Since I am paying for mailing this to you, postage will be at cheapest rate. If you want tracking number or other proof of mailing, YOU must pay for it. I do not refund credits due to buyer's remorse or bogus non-receipt claims. When I say I've mailed it, be assured that I mailed it on that day. Sorry to sound harsh, but I've been around the Listia block a few times ;)
