Up for grabs today is a brand new top from Forever 21. It's sheer, sleeveless, navy & has a long bow/bib in the front giving it a "retro" feel. This top goes perfectly with high-wasited shorts & a pair of pumps or super skinny jeans & heels.

Although it's a size L, it fits more like a M. Lying flat it measures approx. 16" from armpit to armpit & 23" from top to bottom. It's 100% polyester so it's very light. You *will* need to wear a cami with it since it's so sheer. To launder, wash alone in cold water on the gentle cycle with liquid detergent & lay flat to dry. I'm starting the bidding *low* to give everyone a chance, so get those bids in for the perfect Summer top :)

No, sorry. I'm a 38D & it's way too tight on me. The exact measurements of the blouse are in the auction's description. Like I stated, it fits like a M & I'd say it won't fit past a full C-Cup. Thanks for checking out my auction, though :)

I absolutely love this... but I am so small ..... like 32" small. Does it tighten up if ya wrap it?

Sure, whatever you'd like =) If you win, the blouse will be yours to fix. You should know, though, that it's 100% polyester & less than 1/4" thick so it will probably need to be hand sewn to avoid tearing & bunching.
