Description

The listing, RARE FIND: 1923 Peace Coin Silver Dollar has ended.

This is in great condition!!!! ( pRACTICALLY MINT). The picture makes it look a bit dull and it is not. Coin has been stored meticulously with a box of coins my grandfather gave me for close to 30 years.

For those that don't know:
The Peace Dollar is a silver United States dollar coin minted from 1921 to 1928, then again in 1934 and 1935. Early proposals for the coin called for a commemorative issue to coincide with the end of World War I, but the Peace Dollar was issued as a circulating coin. The Peace Dollar was so named because the word PEACE appears on the bottom of the coin's reverse. It contains 0.77344 troy ounces of silver. What a great peice of history!!

Buyer pays $3 shipping, this will ship highly concealed in a special cardboard envelope . usa SHIPPING ONLY.

Hey everybody a few have emailed me and asked what mint this is, honestly I have no clue. I'm not a collector, I found this in a box of stuff my grandfather gave me. Your best bet is to assume it is of lower value then you can be pleasantly suprised if it is worth more. There are no dings, scrapes or anything like that on it.

What is with the high shipping cost -i've sent stuff for 20 years and never shipped it for that much -i think i'll list 100 things and charge alot of postage to make a living that is not what this place is for it's to trade exchange etc lets here what others think

There is no shipping cost obviously you did not read-but FYI if you ever do business with anyone in AZ it is in YOUR best interest to do priority mail and delivery confirmation otherwise you are at least 50% likely NOT going to get your package especially coins, sad but true.

either way it has no effect on the value which mint it is and most likely it is P. no mint mark on these i think. As far as @junk man 3$ shipping is completely accurate. about 2-3 ounces for shipping. Plus insurance is like 2.75$.

If you do not like the terms do not bid, actaully no one gets to bid. You negativity is a bit too much of a hassle - auction canceled. Do you really not have anything better to do than troll around and argue and take something positive away from others? This happened once before and it is a bit old.
