it says you can ship at 5.80 either you are paying shipping or the buyer is which is it if you are paying shipping at 5.80 or whatever the price is the you should state free shipping wish to bid now before auction goes off but need to know if shipping is free makes a big difference

I wasn't sure how it worked when I first listed it...I found that exact shipping would be very costly, yet the flat rate is $5.80. That is what the cost regardless if I ship or the winner pays for the shipping. I hope that explains it.
