Dinosaur Kale is the best Kale I have ever grown. I've just harvested the seeds and it was planted in the fall. I had Kale all fall, winter and into the spring. It is delicious stir fried, chopped and put on pizza, in a salad, wilted in a pan with olive oil, use it on sandwiches as a substitution for lettuce - AND it is one of the most nutritious things you can eat. Just plant it, pick some leaves from the plants and they make more - for months! This is a cool season plant so Northern Listians can plant now - Southern Listians can plant in the fall. Auction is for 1/8 teaspoon - seeds are tiny.
