I do not have the cover page or book for this item, but as you can see in the photos this is 3 disc game & all are scratch free. the 2 discs that are not held by the case are secured in an envelope that keep them from getting scratched. This a pretty awesome game rated MATURE

For anyone considering bidding - this is an amazing game. It plays through like a cross between an old film noir and Grand Theft Auto (for the action parts).
