100% washable and durable polyester. No tags. It was most likely home made. People did more sewing at home back then. It has a print that almost like a tweed style. 38"-44" waist (elastic) and 48" Hip

There is no tag. Someone made this at home on their sewing machine. What you can do for hip size is take a tape measure and have a friend help you wrap it around your hips at the widest part. where the 2 ends meet and slightly overlap is your hip size. Even if you have a carpenter's tape measure, it can be done. It's more difficult and takes 2 people, but if you have a willing and helpful friend to measure you when you wear something like jeans or leggings that are form fitting it'll give you your measurements.
