It comes on the information page ready for the Collector's Album as it came from the Postal Commemorative Society. You may remove it from the information page or leave it in tact. It's up to you.

The corners of the information page is slightly worn from being stored over the years.

The envelope is also preprinted with an old address and my former married name. Not sure why. Some I received with my name and address and some were blank save the vital information pertaining to the FDC.
