This is a Great Classic SILVER AGE Marvel Comic. You must take a look at this fantastic issue of STRANGE TALES #147 (AUGUST, 1966)
I am not a professional grader, so I will do the best I can to describe them. I can only give you my opinion, so please LOOK AT THE PHOTOS of the front, back covers and the inside and make up your own mind as to its condition because Grading is so Subjective.

In my unprofessional opinion, having read the Overstreet Grading Definitions: This issue appears to be in Good condition. Has substantial wear (corners missing pieces, spine split, piece missing front cover to left of "S" in Strange. But the cover is still attached and this is still a collectable comic and good for its 47 years of age!! Look at the great cover!!

GREAT ISSUES TO COMPLETE OR ADD TO ANY COLLECTION!! But, please Judge for yourself from the Photos as grading is so Subjective.
