It looks like you have verified your account or address..this can be done on the main "activity" screen..scroll down and on left side you will want to do the "saved shipping addresses" and "verify account." If you bid without doing those, the person does not have to send item and you will be out credits..hope that helps..let me know if you have anymore questions and thanks for looking! :)
