I'm finding it is very good at helping memory and so much info on what it's potential is for many things....I'm loving this plant! One thing I am aware of is it won't be long before the FDA and other gov. agencies ban healing proven herbs and plants so you have to buy meds instead of using what God placed for us. most of our medicines come from plants and trees especially from all over the world including rainforests. Now the FDA is trying to make illegal growing walnut trees because they know the health benefits from them.

One important thing I need to express to the winner of this plant, if you are on any medicine, you need to consult with your doctor about taking any kind of herb. Most people think it is always safe...it isn't. Our western medicines came from herbs and plants and they can cause problems if you are on other medications. We are finding out that the government has put many bad ingredients that have no good reason to even be in the medications and could cause a conflict.
Also the winner must be aware not to let the plant dry out. It likes more water and I have even grown it in water with very little soil.
