I bought this ring at Kay Jeweler's. It was a Valentine's day promotion.

It is stamped 10KT on the shank. Its just super tiny.

The Heart Stones are Lab Created Pink Sapphires.

Now, Lab created Sapphires are REAL. The only difference is that they are grown in the lab instead of the earth. The only thing they don't contain is what I call the "Life print" Because mother nature has impurities. These do not.

There are also 2 teeny tiny diamonds on each side of the ring.

The ring is a size 7
