I put one out with every pit bull we adopt out through our rescue, which is why I'm bidding on it, hard to keep them in stock.

Does it come with instructions? lol. Ive never used one, I just adopted a dog from the pound and i was told he is a bad walker so I thought this might help with that.

Yeah just about all of them don't like it and fight it. Hunter my white pittie clawed at his as we walked for almost 2 weeks before he gave in and accepted it, but it stopped the pulling in two walks.
