These are pretty nice welder's goggles you might find useful if your tired of bothering with the cumbersome full face shield/hood/helmet. Since they aren't bulky as a full welding helmet, they can be stored easily in a hand tool box for emergency jobs on the road or what have you. Not recommended in areas of where explosion or other high risk is involved.

NOT RECOMMENDED for solar eclipse observation, although they would be better than nothing. Ask your doctor or health care professional. Approximately 10X's more opaque than sunglasses.

They will come New In Package which is cheap, but the goggles are ruggedly constructed of heavy rubber, plastic, glass, and elastic band. Built to last for years under normal daily conditions.
