6 Beautiful sapphires, deep blueberry in color. set in a silver heart at the top, an oval setting in the middle and a round setting on the bottom. There are four 3mm stones, three in the top setting, one in the bottom. The middle two stones are 2mm, all stones areround, diamond-cut, brilliant stones. I got these a year or so ago from listia and I received new ones for Christmas and don't wear them anymore. I was told they were sterling, but I haven't been able to find any markings, so I won't say for sure. The backings are not the ones that came with them them, they were badly bent and wouldn't work when I received them. I will ship free, US only. Box is not included.
