~~Pretty Express Strapless Smocked Knee-length or a bit below knee, Dress~~

~Size XS

~60% Cotton & 40% Modal.

~Bright blue with ruffle like bottom hem. Super super soft & comfy.

Very cute! Perfect Summer Dress or Great over a swim suit. Dress is in Good pre-owned condition. Bright, no fading. Just normal wear! Very clean!
PLEASE NOTE: When I was taking pictures I noticed 2 small "Flaws" I want to Point out. They are Very Small, I almost missed them!
1. a tiny "bleach spot" 1ml~(i really had to look for it)~on the front, toward the left side, about 6.5" below the bottom of smocking. Very hard to see.
And 2. a Tiny "hole or fray", located at the lower right, front, approx. 2" before the "ruffle" starts. It will not get larger with washing.
