Cut out & remove protective top sheet, press firmly onto clean dry skin, hold wet cloth against back of tattoo press n wet thoroughly wait 30 seconds & peel off gently rinse with water. To remove saturate with alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds then rub off.
