On the left hand side you will see where it says Account Settings under that it says Saved Shipping Addresses click on that and fill it out and that will verify your shipping address.

I've only used this on the app on my phone do I need to use it on the computer to do that?

You should be set I use both the computer and my phone, I set mine up on my computer and it works just fine on my phone app
