The listing, Lesney's Modern Amusement Made in England has ended.

I was given these to sell for a friend and know nothing about them ,with a little research on the web i found this is a lesney matchbox models of yesteryear no.9 red fowler showman's engine, made england c. 1950's, in excellent condition. there is a little paint loss. the sides are marked, "lesney's modern amusements". this matchbox measures 3 1/8" long by 1 1/4" wide by 1 5/8" tall.
