The camera is reflecting off the plastic that the album is still wrapped in. It is a 12 X 12 album in Royal Blue.
Included is a pkg of 16 unopened page protectors. These are all from Creative Memories

I can no longer provide free shipping on everything. My husband says Listia is putting us in the poor house with all my visits to the Post Office. So the buyer (you) and the seller (me) need to share shipping costs. On this item it would be $3. I use PayPal. Thanks for looking at my auction.

do you accept paypal? Is this a photo album or a scrapbook album? Difference would be that the pages inside are black and card stocky

No, it is ready for you to make your scrapbook pages and insert in sleeves to protect them.
