It has one small open pocket on the inside and has a magnetic snap closure. It is in excellent used condition. Any questions, please ask. the purse/tote is approximately 12 inches long, 9 1/2 inches high, and almost 4 inches wide. The handle drop from top of handle to top of purse is about 10 1/2 inches. Hope this helps.
