The listing, Bandz Bracelets & Necklace... KIDS LOVE THEM!!! & Great for Stocking Stuffers has ended.
This auction is for a 20-pk Dora the Explorer Silly Bandz Bracelets & 1 purple bandz-like sili-necklace with 6 charms hanging on it (not necessarily the same ones pictured in the default photo). The Dora the Explorer bandz are exactly as pictured. I do not exactly understand how this new spin on rubber bands has become such a fad with our children, but I remember the little plastic chain necklaces they had when I was a child, which my friends and I would trade out various charms to hang on them... so I guess it's more like a new spin on an older concept. Whatever the case may be, our children seem to love them. So, if your child is one of the millions who are collecting these right now... go ahead and bid, they will make great stocking stuffers, birthday presents or a just-because-I love-you gift. Thank you and Happy Bidding.
The bandz craze seems to have begun in Birmingham Alabama last year and now bandz are flying off shelves throughout the country. These colorful rubber bands are made of silicone and die molded, come in a variety of shapes and themes, and are manufactured by a handful of vendors. Basically, kids wear them, collect them, and trade them! Bandz come in multi-band packs, and now necklaces have been manufactured as another way kids can wear and show off their collection. Best of all, Bandz make for great party favors and napkin rings! (Warning: Choking Hazard! Not recommended for children under 3 years old!)
How to use bandz as napkin bands:
Bandz napkin bands/rings are perfect for both children and adult parties. Whatever your theme, chances are someone has created a coordinating bandz. Simply wrap a single bandz tightly around the napkin. Better yet, use multiple bandz around each napkin, especially if you wish to encourage trading and add some fun to your party. Watch your guests’ delight as they remove their napkins and the bandz revert to their fun original shape.
