The Micro Innovations IC445C is an entry-level webcam designed for in-home use, but it can also be used during travel. While similar in features and design to Micro Innovations’ IC435C, this webcam differentiates itself by offering a built-in microphone, full 640 x 480 video resolution provided by a higher quality camera lens at 300 kilopixels.

Additional features include support for video instant messaging, a snapshot button for still digital photos and an email photos and video function for quickly and easy sharing. Also included, is a desktop stand and notebook monitor clip.
The IC445C connects to Windows 2000/XP/Vista PCs via USB.

Bad news is I do not have the disk, this was given to me, and I used it fine by downloading the free driver at the following site

I thought it was a logitech, but it is not. It is a Micro Innovations.It is a nice webcam though. You can google it.
