This top is made by WetSeal in an XL size. Really gorgeous bandeau top in mostly metallic silver with black. Bandeau top with tunic is in perfect condition (as I received it) and has a built in bra with a silver metal ring in back of the bandeau holding it together. I purchased it through Listia and I would love to keep it if it fit me, but you get to enjoy it instead of me. This top is really, really pretty and sexy.

It is not a plus size top. 44DD won't fit. I would say it is not an XL in womens either.
