I believe the suede is faux.
The top measures 23 inches from shoulder seam to hem.
And it measures 18 1/2 inches from armpit seam to armpit seam unstretched.
The second piece is the gorgeous skirt!
It has the side zipper.
Waist across the front seam to seam measures approx 15 1/2 inches.
The length measures 32 inches from the waistband to the bottom hem.
