Let me start by answering your first 2 questions. Yes they are short sleeve and they would most likely be shipped Tuesday-Wednesday of next week possibly sooner. As for the picture just let me retake the pic as the one I have isn't all that great. Also if you are really interested in them, I just found 4 more of the exact same shirts.
