This is an iphone 4 for AT&T, It does not power on!!! It comes with no power supply! It is in perfect cosmetic condition, Just will not turn on! It is 32gb with wifi and works with AT&T but it dont turn on, if you know how to fix this you would have a really nice iphone. Or you could use it for parts!!! I cannot stress this enough IT DONT TURN ON and yes i have done the hard reset, i have tried all the tricks in the book and does nothing so if you win enjoy, and good luck! I am repeating myself again THIS IPHONE DOES NOT POWER ON, NO POWER NO IT DONT TURN ON, IT DONT COME WITH ANY POWER ADAPTER, IT HAS A AT&T SIM CARD IN IT, IT WILL COME WITH IT, THIS IS THE 32GB AT&T MODEL WITH WIFI Thank you for looking

im really not sure, i have tried looking down in the headphone jack, and down in where the usb connection is to look for the watermark indicators, but i dont see anything that would indicate water damage!! this phone was given to me, by a good friend so im going to say no on water damage!!
