The listing, Three Small Cloth Diaper Covers has ended.

I personally never had a chance to use any of these, though they were purchased second hand, they all look to be in perfect condition. No staining whatsoever. The Bottom Buddies does have initials on the inside, as pictured. There are two Thirsties size one, and a Bottom Buddies size small. The Thirsties say 6-18 lbs. and I am not sure about the Bottom Buddies, but they are roughly the same size, so I would assume similar.

No. You would use these over flats, fitteds, or pre-folds.
