New With Tag Size M Emi & Joe Strapless Stretch Bust Silver Mini Dress or Tunic Top

This is a very pretty silver glittery strapless dress made in the U.S.A. by "Emi & Joe" in size medium with a shirred stretch top and a swingy skirt. It is brand new with the tag attached. The store tag labels it as a juniors size M, but the stretchy bodice enables it to fit a misses size small to medium as well. I personally would prefer to wear it as a tunic top over leggings or jeans instead of as a dress, but it can be worn either way.
