The listing, Body Basics Aroma Spa Aromatherapy Diffuser has ended.

This is an Aroma Spa aromatherapy diffuser. It is the complete set with instructions and all 4 scents. It does work. (tested)

In a nutshell you put the scented plastic beads in the bottom and turn it on. An incandescent bulb warms the beads and fills the room with fragrance.

Do you know if you can add essential oils?

I'm not sure I would do that. (Unless you can soak the beads in new oil scents or something.) If you check the second picture it shows that the beads go in the BOTTOM of the diffuser. The bead bin is grated and open on all sides.
