Do these have a best by, or use by date?

It doesn't say anything, believe it or not. Theirs some letters and numbers on back of the package that reads: F2612HU01. Don't know what it stands for though. I looked all over and I see no best by or use by date. I'm quite surprised about that. Sorry about that.
