I cannot.. As I have opted to open this auction internationally, I have to have a shipping cost listed to enable that and if it sells internationally after I've defrayed my costs i will take it in the proverbial 'shorts. Listia's policy is that the same shipping costs be applied to all customers on a given item. Suggestion: keep your shipping costs in mind when bidding.
Because I have elected to ship internationally I will not change or remit my shipping costs. I apologize if they seem excessive- it is Listia's policy that you cannot charge different rates for people in different locales.
DUE TO THE PUBLIC OUT-CRY OVER my 'Excessive' shipping charges... I will lower the shipping cost to $5.00-If 'Listia' allows...I have to double check. You will have to contact me and will not be able to use PayPal. And, If you want this high quality, expensive bracelet insured for shipment you will need to contact me.
You can set an amount for shipping for your country, and a separate cost for international shipping. This is because domestic shipping is always cheaper than international shipping. The shipping cost must be the same for all users within the country though. So, a winner from New York and a winner from Alaska would pay the same shipping cost as both live within the US. However, you could charge a winner from Mexico more than the winner from New York since the costs to ship internationally are increased.
