Cool story bro!
Pretty lame comment, I'll refrain from hiding it however as perhaps it will allow others to laugh.

Okay so your not giving the USB the mouse or pen that cams with it just the tablet wow that's not worth it rather buy new then buy only a tablet with no way to use it

The Mouse and USB cable IS included, the pen and software disc is missing. I'd actually lost the pen on a recent move, and decided on buying the new 5 touch tablet instead of ordering a new pen. I'm a graphic designer so I had to have a replacement immediately. The buyer will want to spend the $20ish a new pen attment costs to get the most from this tablet. The software is found on Wacom's website. =)

Tested with my wife's "Wacom capture pen" and has full use of sensitivity in Photoshop cs6, Mfr # LP170K found easily for $23 at B & H. Nicer pens (such as the top of the line "art pen model" which can also simulate airbrushing) are on B&H as well at $80 being the very most expensive. The model normally boxed when new with a full plethora of replacement nubs will run you $46 on the same site. I'm assuming with spending more time then the FIRST google search result should allow buyer a better price then these results.

Staples has off brand pen that supports pressure for $22 shipped to your house.

is it just a capacitive pen or is it a special kind of pen needed ?

To be completely honest I'm not posits. A quick google search seems to lean either direction however it does seem clear that using capacitive will not enable the many levels of sensitivity, so while it can be used it is not as nice with Adobe or accurate.
