I've been making blankets and quilts for 30 years. This plush warm quilt has an extra layer of batting. It is hand tied with a decorative hand stitch (my trademark). Look for matching mittens, would make a wonderful baby gift.

yes, I'm disabled and I do any sewing, quilting and any craft by myself. It keeps my mind off of my pain. I have twin grand kids, so I specialize in baby stuff right now, however I do loom quilting and with every possible fabric. I went to college for fabric designing, so I have a tendancy to be wimsy at times and do my own thing, no patterns.

yes, I take 40+ pills a day. I've tried every type of doctor, physical therapy and unsucessful surgeons. you should try a hobbie, it keeps my mind off of my pain.

To vbmg152 - my husband says if your not real crafty you can do adult paint by numbers,or the scratch off pictures that are black & when you use the special scraper pen beautiful silver colored pictures come through.It doesn't look like a child did it either.. They have all sorts of nice helpful hobby type things in the Wal-mart craft isle.for people who think they can't do nice artsy things. You tube can teach lots of good hobbies too.!! hope this helps you find a good hobby. .
