I can not send the wen hair in a padded envelope it will not fit and could be damaged during shipment . Therefore i will have to ship in a box .The shipping is 12 dollars as listed . i am sorry . Brandy, $12.00 is reasonable for this size bottle and weight. Well worth it considering what you are getting. This shampoo/conditioner of Chaz's is very expensive. If I am lucky enough to win this bid, I would gladly pay the requested shipping. But, I don't think I am going to get that lucky. But sure wish I was...sigh!!!

This is not a trial sized bottle it is a very large bottle . i have saw more auctions with the wen sweet almond mint , those sizes are trial bottles and will last for maybe 2 washes for long hair and 4 washes with short hair . With wen you have to follow recommended cleansing insructions in order to get the best results and that requires more than you would normwl put in your hair .

Hi there. Please don't think I am being rude, but I noticed you charged shipping on previous auctions, but yet the winners never received their items. ?? I know you stated you were sick for a while but you still got their shipping, right?

i just sent out 3 packages yesterday with tracking numbers . Yes i had auctions before and the people that won the auctions one of them won another auction and i sent it to her yesterday the others never sent me shipping cost and i can't pay the shipping . It says in my auctions winner pays shipping . It is usuakky flate rate shipping . so , on the ring previously it was sent back to me something was wrong with the address , but it was sent out again yesterday along with the other auction that person won of mine , with tracking numbers . I am a trusted person . If you want to bid i will gladly accept it and if you win i will be glad to send your won item as long as you pay the shipping . I accept shipping via paypal.

also just an fyi i do this all the time and pack everything very well but you can ship it in a priority flat rate padded bag for 5.95 and since it is one bottle you can heavily bubble wrap it. just my two cents i ship like that all the time.

I won't take a chance of it being damaged in an envelope , this bottle is to big to ship in a paddded envelope and to heavy

brandy your right on the smaller size. I think I got three out of them. also i was just offering a suggestion i have shipped large super padded nexxus items in the envelopes i double pad it. but it has worked for me. so please i apologize if i sounded like i was telling you what to do not my intention. i just have been doing it so long i know kind of what works for me anyway and like i said awesome and you will do great. and Chrissy who is high bidder is awesome too
