It has two roomy conparments inside & a smaller zip up conpartment attached on inside. It is 14X27 w/ no name. Shorter Handles will slip over shoulder. Will ship Us. Canada shipping fee is based on zip code. By PayPal.com Or US Money Order or Concealed Cash. Mailing fee is $5.00. I mailed a purse the other day & it cost a little over $5.00 to mail out.
