You sure are welcome cheekymommaof2. If you get this you are gonna love it. I did a show in Idaho when I first did this and had been having all kinds of trouble with my knee, I went the whole trip blazing hot. I felt so much energy, did not hurt and could actually walk. AMAZING!

Miss jessicaruch14 You are so very right about the wraps thus far. I recommend that you drink as much water as you can during the time wrapping. I also recommend that you do this at night just before hitting the crib. Take a shower, dry off, NO LOTIONS OR POTIONS (very important), I know some of you will cringe at the next step but take pictures and measurements(sometimes you can see in pictures what you don't on the tape measure, also on your paper put the date and the time on these measurements and set aside so you can do the same after the 72 hours, at the same time of day, place the wrap in the area desired (such as your abdomen or love handle area) smooth out and then take plain old cellophane wrap and wrap that around your body over the IT Works Wrap, I do this several times (4-5) so it does not come off during the night. Do not wrap too tightly but tight enough to hold in place and still be comfortable enough to sleep. Then just hit the crib and allow the mojo to do its duty on your booty. In the morning when you wake up take the wrap off---DO NOT SHOWER--- rub the left over lotion into your skin, I rub as much as I can get off the wrap (no need to waste that golden stuff), then get dressed and go about your day. In the 72 hour period you can measure but I just waited for the whole 72 hours to pass then I measured. 4" gone total....yahoo! It was my tummy area.

They can be cut in two to do smaller areas, they have face wraps as well. You can basically use them any where there is skin, well maybe one would be reserved to use in some places, hehe.
Oh yea, One other thing, when you do this for the first time you may feel some warmth and tingling, THAT'S OK, I DID! It is just the product working. Now if you felt an unbearable burning or that kind of thing then I would say take it off. But have never heard of that happening.

and they work for 72 hours AFTER you have wrapped....so, just because you may not see a change right away (i did) you will see more and more change over the 3 days following....just make sure your skin is clean - no lotion, etc - and drink A LOT of water!!!

i figured id give them a try about a week ago and i am getting ready to place another order...they are expensive ($25.00 per wrap) but they really do work!!!
