This wonderful old-looking music box is new - has never been used. It is a glorious fantasy with colorful animals who dance to the tune "When You Wish Upon a Star!" It appears to be made of a composite . . . perhaps a resin.

I think it's meant to look like a hatbox with the lid up and a mirror amd tufted fabric studded with pearls inside the lid. The inside is also meant to be tufted fabric studded with pearls. The animals dance on 2 turntables surrounded by a bow, lipstick, jar of perfume, powder brush with handle, jar of something, and another animal seated on a brush (make-up brush?). Anyway, there is a lolt to look at here!

Of course, the base is slightly above the table-top to allow for the knob underneath to turn on the music box. The actual music box from the base to the top is approximately 5 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide.
