This is a Great Classic SILVER AGE ARCHIE Comics. You must take a look at this fantastic issue of THE SHADOW #5 (MARCH, 1965)
I am not a professional grader, so I will do the best I can to describe them. I can only give you my opinion, so please LOOK AT THE PHOTOS of the front, back covers and the inside and make up your own mind as to its condition because Grading is so Subjective.

In my unprofessional opinion, having read the Overstreet Grading Definitions: This issue appears to be in Good condition. Has substantial wear (corner wear, spine splits and the cover is detached but otherwise is in good condition) The interior pages are complete and in excellent condition!!! Look at the great cover!!

GREAT ISSUE TO COMPLETE OR ADD TO ANY COLLECTION!! But, please Judge for yourself from the Photos as grading is so Subjective.
