I have tried quite a few different Puff Pastry recipes and I have to say this is the easiest method I have found, along with giving me the best success rate. In fact I have never had it fail.
The recipe is for Puff Pastry, you can use it to make most puff pastry desserts..my favorite is the jelly filled sticks.
